Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States and countries within the European Union.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volumes, and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. RideOrder is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at huce2026@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we are happy to help if you notify us before the order ships.
